Congress Date and Place

The Congress will be held online on 15-17 November 2021.

Language of Congress

The languages ​​of the congress are Turkish and English. Simultaneous translation will not be made in the presentations.

Papers
The deadline for submission of papers is until October 15, 2021 at 00:00. Abstracts will be prepared in Turkish and English with a maximum of 300 words. Poster presentations will be made as e-posters. For this reason, information about accepted papers will be sent to the owner of the paper by e-mail.

Invitation letter
An invitation letter will be sent to the congress participants who have completed the registration process, upon request. This invitation letter only aims to help the participants get permission from the institutions they are affiliated with and will not provide any financial support to the participant.

Certificate of participation
All participants who register to the congress will be given a certificate of participation online in PDF format.

Presentation Delivery & Control Room
In order not to have any difficulties during your presentations, an online test session will be held before the congress, and the online platform and presentation system will be provided to the owner of the paper before the presentation.
